It is estimated that between 15,000 and 50,000 women and children are forced into sex trafficking yearly in the U.S., but the estimations vary wildly from one report to the next because it’s considered a hidden crime and acts often go unreported.

2. There are police, but where are the public servants that keep the people safe; the available presence to assist the community in any need or emergency?
3. Let’s revisit the idea of the public servant and municipal public safety.
4. A public servant should always be available, should be informed, should be able to guide, to assist or call for assistance; they should be able to respond quickly, take action, and always remain professional. A public servant should be a pillar of the community and serves as an ambassador for the people and government alike.
5. But there has been an entropic decay of an ideal once thought humanly attainable by spending more to create the illusion of readiness.
6. Needless expenses bleed budgets for narrowly effective public services that while established with noble intentions have too many times done more harm than good. It Is not the services that are inherently flawed but in how these services are implemented.
7. 911 was invented in 1968; it has been 54 years of the same system and train of thought for emergency response.
8. Difficult to digest for some, but, important everyday tasks and/or interactions are already dependent on computers or mobile devices, and dependency on technology will ultimately prove compulsory; evolution is inescapable.
9. 1903 the wright brothers flew Kitty Pride and only 58 years later mankind went from walking to going into space in 1961, yet 911 services and emergency response dispatch has made nominal adaptations or improvements in nearly the same time period.
10. Uninformed dispatching is by far the greatest offender in the list of failings demonstrated by the mummified paradigm of emergency services response. Blindly send armed human beings into possibly life threatening situations uniformed; too many times emergency services arrive woefully under or overly prepared and unapprised of the situational scope and gravity.
10. Humans can and will continue to make unfortunate human mistakes, and in correlation with how not all situations require an armed response, it is clear a new option is called for that uses the human races current intelligence level.
11. This the year 2022; why does facebook have the ability to stream at a moment’s notice and receive feedback just as quickly, but the police cannot?
12. Technology and the internet of things in the information age should be giving public safety professionals information on emergencies in real time as well.
13. In 2022, Public safety should be able to visually see situations happening in real time even before arrival. Precious moments could be saved if EMTs had vital signs that are collected and sent along with the initial 911 call.
14. With readily available technology, police could see exactly where shooters are located before arrival, or know how many survivors are trapped in hard to reach places with technology already available.
15. We have the tech to lower the chances of criminals escaping justice, or hear a chilling scream for help.; everything is available for us to find lost children immediately in crowded outdoor venues, yet none of this has been done.
16. Society needs a return of the public servant that is always there and approachable; ready and swift to respond.
17. There must be new standard of public servant.
18. A network of interconnected public servants.
19. To create visibility and informed dispatch.
20. To cut down response time, and loss of life.
21. A solution that is stationary yet mobile; an omnipresence independent of roving enforcers.
22. To provided public connectivity services for safety.
23. To usher in peace of mind.
